Things to do in Cape Town

KIRSTENBOSCH SUMMER CONCERTS

A perfect way to end the weekend or to relax on a Sunday. Pack a picnic basket, a picnic blanket and maybe a cushion or two. Don't for get to put on sunscreen and perhaps a cap/hat. Please note that umbrellas are not allowed. . If you do not want to lug a picnic basket around, then the Kirstenbosch Tea Room offers made-to-order baskets for purchase. You can even rent a picnic blanket from them for an additional R30 rental charge and R100 deposit.

This Sunday, 2 December 2012 we feature Mango Groove - a locally renowned Afro-pop group with Claire Johnston as lead singer. Their claim to fame arose from the 80's - one of only two local bands who had black members in their bank.

Mango Groove have sold 700000+ music albums in South African alone.
